Broker Program

Resell Signs by FDS custom DTG and DTF apparel, hoodies, stickers and banners under your own brand. Approved brokers get a personal discount code and tax-exempt checkout with a valid CA resale certificate on file. Proofs go out within 24–48 hours, and production starts after your written approval. Apply below; we review within 1–2 business days.

Who qualifies

  • California businesses with an active CDTFA seller's permit.
  • A signed CDTFA-230 resale certificate on file.
  • You resell our products to your own customers in the regular course of business.

Terms

  • Broker codes are for unlimited use by the approved broker only and are not transferable. If a code is shared or used by anyone else, the broker account will be terminated immediately, and the broker will be billed the full retail price plus any applicable sales tax for every order placed with the shared code. Orders already in production are non-refundable.
  • Not valid on the sticker sale or combined with other codes.
  • We verify every seller's permit through the CDTFA online lookup before approval.
  • Resale certificates are kept on file for at least 4 years, as CA law requires.
  • Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Production times are shown in business days.
  • We can revoke approval for misuse of a resale certificate or code.
  • Broker pricing & shipping: Your broker discount codes can be used together on the same order. They cannot be combined with Signs by FDS promotional codes, sales, or free shipping offers. Brokers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Print Broker Policy

Signs by FDS does not provide design services for print brokers. All artwork must be print-ready at 300 DPI in CMYK color space and submitted as a high-quality PDF, PNG, or EPS file. Files that do not meet these requirements will be rejected. RGB files are automatically rejected.

DTG Printing: Artwork must be 300 DPI with the background removed if needed.

DTF Printing: Print brokers are responsible for all DTF file preparation.

Proof Approval: All print brokers will receive a proof for approval before production.
