At Signs by FDS Distributors Inc., products are custom-made to order. Please read this before you order.

Pickup in Anaheim

Pickup is available Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm PT (closed weekends) at:

Choose pickup at checkout when it is offered. We will email you when the order is ready.

Free shipping

Orders over $175 ship free (48 US states). Shipping under $175 is calculated at checkout.

Production time

Turnaround varies by product and current volume. Times start after payment and, when we send one, after you approve the mockup.

Most printed jobs are ready in about 2–4 days. Same-day production is sometimes available for local Anaheim pickup only, and is not guaranteed. Email us before you order if you need it faster.

Shipping methods

We ship with third-party carriers. Options and estimates show at checkout. Tracking is emailed after the order ships. Carrier times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at justin@fdsdistributors.com with photos if the package is lost or damaged. After the carrier confirms, we will replace or refund at our discretion.

Address errors

You are responsible for an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

International

International availability, fees, and times vary. Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
