A rigid, lightweight board sign built to be reused

Gator board looks like foam board from across the room, but it is a much tougher sign. The foam center is sandwiched between two wood-fiber veneer faces, which makes the board stiffer and far more resistant to dents. Signs by FDS prints your artwork on 3/16" gator board with UV inks for rich, lasting color, at our shop in Anaheim.

When to choose gator board

Choose gator board when the sign has to last: lobby and wayfinding signs, retail displays you keep up for months, exhibit and trade show panels that travel from show to show, menu boards, and presentation boards that get handled often.   • Choose 2'x3' or 3'x3' and add the board to your cart.
  • Upload your print-ready artwork when you order, sized to the board. We handle design and layout; business logos are supplied by you.
  • For most products we email a digital mockup for your approval before printing.
  • Pick up at 1550 S Sunkist St, Suite H, Anaheim, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, or ship it free within the 48 contiguous states.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between gator board and foam board?

Both are 3/16" thick and light. Gator board has wood-fiber veneer faces instead of paper, so it is much stiffer and holds up to repeated handling.

Is a stand included?

No. The price covers the printed board. It works on a standard easel or display stand.

Can I pick it up in Anaheim?

Yes. Select Local Pickup at checkout; we are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
