A raised gloss finish over soft suede

Dimensional spot UV cards combine two finishes that feel completely different. The whole card is covered in a smooth suede laminate with a soft, matte touch. Then a thick, clear gloss coating is applied only where you choose, such as your logo, a pattern or your name, and it builds up into a raised layer you can feel with your fingertip. The contrast between soft matte and raised gloss makes these cards hard to put down.

Raised spot UV looks best on bold shapes. Very thin lines and small type can fill in, so keep raised details reasonably large and leave space between elements. Dark, solid backgrounds show the gloss most clearly.

  • Upload your print-ready artwork for the front and back when you order. Include a note describing which parts of the design should be raised. We handle design and layout; business logos are supplied by you.
  • For most products we email a digital mockup for approval before printing.
  • Pick up at 1550 S Sunkist St, Suite H, Anaheim, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, or have them shipped free within the 48 contiguous states.
